Easily Secured
The Trail Scout 2.1 MP camera offers several levels of security. It can be secured in place with a cable lock or anchored with a screw and the waterproof case can also be padlocked to prevent access to the SD card and control panel. A user-entered password provides the final level of security.
Daytime or Night Operation
The Trail Scout 2.1 MP can be set up to operate during the day or night only, or 24 hours a day. For monitoring active game trails or feeding areas, the camera has a delay feature that sets the camera to record images with 30 seconds, 1-minute and 2-minute delays. For night operation, the camera has a large incandescent flash that reach out as far as 30 feet - a light sensor automatically determines when the flash is needed.
Textured Bark-Like Surface
The Textured Surface is colored to look like tree bark and is very well camouflaged when placed properly. Furthermore, The casing is water resistant to survive rain or snow over long periods of time.
Long Operation Period
The camera is powered by four "D" batteries for long operation periods up to 30 days, and the memory can be expanded with higher capacity SD cards for hundreds of images. There is also a Low battery indicator that flashes when the available power is at 1/4 full
