grinder is specially designed to grind quickly and thoroughly to
precise specifications, even under the heaviest loads. So whether
it is fresh game or the finest cuts of beef, making homemade
sausage, meat loaf, and stew is easy. The appliance provides a die-
cast feed screw and a number-five head with 2-1/8-inch-diameter
cutting plates. To ensure quality performance, the unit's feed-
screw shaft has a rubber seal that blocks liquid backup into the
motor drive, its reverse switch eliminates jamming, and a reset
fuse provides overload protection. A food plunger is included along
