A super bright TFT LCD screen will allow you to not only play movies from DVD, but can also display JPEG images and MPEG movies burned to disc. The front Mini USB port will also allow you to display MP4 videos. Touchscreen control and on-screen display (OSD) make operation a snap and can also control an iPod connected with the optional IP-1C adapter cable. The PTID-8960 saves space by using a motorized flip-out display. This means that the unit can be mounted in any standard DIN dash opening. The unit doesn't skimp on electronics and performance either. A 50W x 4 (max) MOSFET power amplifier ensures that you get plenty of clean power to your speakers and full audio outputs make expanding your system easy. The PTID-8960 also comes with video output so you can add an entertainment system to your rear seat as well.
